Rebeka Arce is a Grammy-nominated creative director, designer, and lecturer based in New York City. Her work explores the intersection of narrative, culture, typography, and visual systems, creating identities that are both strategically grounded and emotionally resonant. Through creative strategy and design, she develops brands as flexible ecosystems designed to evolve across digital, physical, editorial, and spatial experiences.
With over 15 years of experience, Rebeka Arce now leads her own practice and previously served as Creative Director at COLLINS, named Ad Age’s Transformation Firm of the Year in 2023 and Design Agency of the Year in 2024, 2025 and 2026. Before joining COLLINS, she founded her own independent practice between Berlin and Madrid, and has collaborated with brands and institutions including NASA, Apple, Netflix, Red Bull, Sony Pictures, Columbia Records, Crocs and the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum, among others.
Alongside her creative practice, and after living and working in New York, Berlin, Madrid, and Bilbao, she teaches at the renowned IE University, IED Madrid (Istituto Europeo di Design), and ECV School of Design in Aix-en-Provence, France. Rebeka was nominated for a Grammy for the box design she created for the band 90 Day Men and was also recognized at the 2020 Premios Gràffica. Additionally, she received the CREA Award from Nebrija University for Best Professional in the Digital Design and Multimedia category and the IED Next 30 Award in the Graphic Design category.
Rebeka served on the jury for the Latin American Design Awards 2025, the DNA Paris Design Awards 2023, the Laus Awards 2021, and Premios Gràffica 2023. She has served as a juror for the Latin American Design Awards, DNA Paris Design Awards, Laus Awards, Premios Gràffica, and the Madrid City Council International Design Competition, and has spoken at international festivals including OFFF, Madrid Design Festival, World Design Capital Valencia, and Brief Festival, among others.
